Detached single house Quint Mar Sitges Barcelana

This detached house is located in Quint Mar. This neighborhood is located near the sea and the forests of the Garraf Natural Park. A place with easy connection to the highway and the city of Sitges.  The house has views over the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea.

Firstly, the project is developed on two levels. In the ground floor, there is a large living area. This room is the center of the house and connects with the kitchen and a large porch. Secondly, on the first floor, the different bedrooms are located. The two levels are linked by a double space. The double space offers great spaciousness to the house.  Finally, in the exterior, many terraces, swiming pool and pavement areas allow to enjoy the Mediterranean weather.  The house has six rooms and three bathrooms.

The house features a modern and contemporary design. This design allows lots of light inside the house. This is accomplished thanks to big open windows on south facades and the use of the white colour and modern materials on the facades.

The house has top quality finishes. Some of them could be seen in previos projects, designed by this office. Its design and facilities guarantee a low level of energy consumption.  Therefore, the house has an energy classification A, the most efficient one. So efficient that it’s nealy a Nearly zero-energy building. To match this high enviromental requirments, the house is equipied with some facilities like heat pump and solar pannels.

Finally, another facilities included in the house are large swiming-pool, open air parking space for several cars and a wide natural garden with local tree spicies.
