Single family detached house expansion in Carrer de Sitges Sant Pere de Ribes

The project expands a single family house adding a new plant. Because of this, we also project a new section of stairs. This new floor adds a new master bedroom with bathroom and a study room.  They both also have roof windows which bring lot of sunlight and additional ventilation. The extension keeps the finishing materials and design of the rest of the house.  We’ve used this very same style in other houses designed and refurbished by the office.  One example is the Single Family Detached House in Los Viñedos. This kind of intervention allows to integrate the expansion in the existing house.  As a result, we get an unitary image of the building.  The project builds a new swimming pool and pavement in the garden, too.
