Single Family Detached House in Can Macià Sant Pere de Ribes

The location for this single family dwelling is a urbanization called Los Viñedos (Can Macià).  It’s near Sant Pere de Ribes, just a few minutes from Sitges and the Mediterranean beaches.  The whole urbanization has a unique traditional construction style.  So this house also has it. The characteristics of this style are white walls and pitched roofs.  Another characteristic is that most of the house program develops in the Ground Floor.  In consecuense most of the rooms have a direct connection with the house garden.

In this house, the location for the kitchen and living room is the Ground Floor.  They have big windows towards the swimming pool and house garden. They also have an open design with a fireplace that connects both spaces. The main bedroom occupies the whole First Floor.  This room has a dressing room and a bathroom.  It also has two private terraces.  They face south and have direct south sun all the year around. A couple of bedrooms in the Ground floor complete the house program.  Finally, we can find the garage and technical rooms in the underground level.  It has a direct connection with the garden throught exterior stairs, as well as windows which bring natural light.

The construction works for this single family detached House with swimming pool started in 2010 and was totally completed in 2011. Another project by this office in the same urbaniztation is the Martner House.
