This Single Family Attached House is located in Ca L’Antoniet, a new zone under developement in Sitges.  It’s located in the highest point, Casa Pletada, with panoramic views over the city of Sitges and the Mediterranean Sea. This location has excelent connection with the motorway and many services, such as schools, shops, swimming pool and gyms.

This house has a modern and minimalistic design. The north side has small windows, to avoid the traffic noise of the street.  But in the other side, the south facade has large windows.  They give a great view over Sitges and the sea, and also access to different terraces and balconies. The main material for railings in the interior and exterior is glass.  This allows transparency and views as well as good protection.  The basement has the day-time program, and has an open design for the kitchen and the living room.  It features a Rimadesio door which divides the entrance and the living room area.
