Detached House Swimming-Pool La Plana Sitges

In the new zone of La Plana Este Sitges Barcelona we find this unique house with a pool.

Inside

The functional program of the house occupies three levels. Firstly, a basement for vehicle parking. On this level there is a multipurpose room and service facilities. Secondly, a ground floor that houses the main piece of the house. It is a large living room – dining room – kitchen. This occupies the entire south facade. In addition, there are also two guest bedrooms. Thirdly, on the first floor, we find the different bedrooms, including the en-suite room with bathroom. There are a total of 5 bedrooms 5 three bathrooms. The staircase occupies a central space. Consequently, it divides the main zones from the secondary ones. The main rooms are oriented to the south facade, while the others are oriented to the north facade.

Exterior

The exterior design of the house has a large porch. It projects the interior of the house to the outside. Also a large canteliver on the roof covers the entire house. In this way a unitary image of it is obtained. The porch leads to a large pool. This is overflowing and saves the unevenness with the large garden. The house is closed on the north facade. In this way, the privacy of the home is guaranteed. This is because it is the facade most exposed to the street. To the south we design large windows and outdoor spaces related to the house. This is, on the Ground Floor porches. While on the Ground Floor we create terraces. The main cantilever and porches on the south façade avoid the heat of sunlight in summer, but also allow this warm light to enter the house in winter.

This luxurious home is designed with the highest energy efficiency standards. For this reason, the house obtains an energy classification A, the most efficient. Consequently, it can be considered a household with almost zero consumption (nZEB). We achieve the same goal as other office designed houses.
