Detached house with garden and pool. In this project, the topography and the geometry of the plot have been crucial to define the volume of the building. Being a plot against three streets, separating the road and neighboring forced to reproduce the shape of the plot in the building plan and in the same way the topographic adaptation has forced reproduce the shape of the plant in the section. The building is on three levels. The basement used as a garage, storage and utility room. The ground floor for daytime activities as living room, dining room, kitchen, study and others. The ground floor is level garden favoring a direct relationship of each of the interior spaces with the exterior. The first floor is intended solely as sleeping areas at night and sinks.
