Multifamily House Rehabilitation Passeig de Lluís Companys 6 Barcelona.  Total renovacion of main facade to street and back facade. All the damages and the different works done to solve them are listed below:

First of all, in the main facade, the damages detected were:    

• Oxidation on the railings
• Bad condition on steel structural beams
• Fissures and cracks in the edges of balconies

In order to solve the damages, the interventions that were made were:

• Change railings
• Repair the edge of the balconies, waterproofing them and change pavment
• Repair and protection of steel beams
  
• Removal of tiles on facade and apply stucco finish
  

On the other hand, in the rear facade we detected the following damages:

• Facade finishing fall
  
• Condensation moisture inside homes
  

In order to solve the damages, in this area the intervention was:

• Cleaning facade and apply a new isolation system with stucco finish (ETICS)
  

Finally, other works to repair minor damages inlcuded maintenance of different parts of the building and its facilities.
